"I got told to bring My car on the 24th of July that was when I thought the job was supposed to start. I went a week later to find My Mustang in the allotment across the road in the weather where I believe other cars were vandalised not long before according to the news. I emailed them to discuss this but got no reply so I called them to be told by the receptionist that No-one was available to speak with Me. I said I would call back but still no satisfaction, then I called My insurer who SURPRISINGLY got to speak to someone immediately My insurer then informed Me to pick up My car as they were not going to do the job (PATHETIC) Just a friendly piece of advice You should finish the jobs You have sitting around before You TRY and take on more."
"Worst experience, simple scratch repair took 3 weeks. Poor communication throughout. Got told my car would be ready that afternoon then was informed the same day it will not be ready til next Friday. Please avoid at all cost or argue with your insurance company for a hire car. We ended up going to our insurance brokers who fought for our car back."
"If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible services! Initial assessment was completed in January where I was advised the quote would be sent that day. Weeks go by with nothing being done! Multiple calls made by myself and the insurer with excuses each time. Quote was finally received by the insurer months later with approval being granted shortly thereafter. Called to arrange an appointment (after being advised by the insurer to do so) only to be told they have no record of the approval and blamed the insurer. Eventually they found the approval and advised it would be months before it can be completed. Fast forward to May a follow up call was made and during that phone conversation with a young lady on 30/05/23 at 10:30am I was provided a date to drop my car off (after she put me on hold to speak with someone) that being today 10/07/23 and that it would be there for one week at this stage. I arrive to drop my car off this morning only to be told they have no record of my car being booked in. With old mate around the corner interjecting “I’d like to know who you spoke with”. Almost like I plucked the date and appointment out of thin air and made the phone conversation up in my head. Seems they have major issues with record keeping and phone etiquette. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!"

"Not at all impressed! Two months to have my vehicle to be booked in to be repaired!! My vehicle was booked in on 29/11/22 estimated repairs completion 8/12/22! This place gave three different stories regarding my vehicle!! I contacted them on the 8/12/22 at 12:45pm to find out when I could collect my vehicle. As I was told on the 7/12/22, that it was painted and being baked and will be ready for collection on 8/12/22! Imagine my surprise when they informed me that they were waiting for parts!! What??? I was never informed about this fact! One person told me in the factory that the bracket for my bumper bar, which was supposed to be broken when they took the bumper bar off, if it was broken, why didn’t my bumper bar fall off, the bracket was due that day, it never turned up. This bracket was supposed to be ordered on the 1/12/22!! I asked to speak to spare parts person, she wasn’t there! I asked him to have her return my call. No phone call, just a text message telling me that the bracket was due on 16/12/22, my vehicle should be due for collection on 19/12/22!!!! Sent at 2:20pm!! I contacted Katie, who told me that the information given to me by Reece, was incorrect, he doesn’t know how to read the information on the computer! WOW! Katie also informed me that the office did try calling me, fictional, no phone calls, Katie said that she would look at the call log! Really…? You knew no one called me, I was sent a text message instead!! Unacceptable!! I did not receive any communication from this “business” that they are waiting for a part, and my vehicle will not be on schedule!! A repair that was supposed to take eight working days, is now taking fifteen working days!!! Unacceptable, unacceptable!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE NEAR THIS “BUSINESS”!! The employees at this “business” need to know what they tell customers is fact not fictional!! I will never take my vehicle back to this “business”again!! They don’t even deserve one star, it’s a - one star!!"
