"Went to buy gift voucher for my wife. There were no customers inside. A lady carrying takeaway food walked past me into the shop and (presuming she worked there) I asked if I could buy a voucher. She said something to one of the two staff and went into the back with her food. The two staff ignored me while I stood there awkwardly for quite some time wondering what was supposed to happen next. I walked out after realising this wasn't the type of place I wanted to gift to my wife for her birthday. They probably do the best whatever in the world, but the service was nonexistent."
