"I recently had seat, back and side cushions made for 2 chairs together with an extra 2 loose cushions and the job was completed within 3 days, much to my surprise. The service was excellent and very well priced. As I wanted special velvet patchwork material not readily available in Australia I had to acquire the material from the UK, but that was no problem as I had it in my hands 5 days later. The ladies at Cairns Upholstery Works were very pleased to do the job for me and helpful in making good suggestions as well. The job was definitely value for money and I will definitely go back to Cairns Upholstery Works in the future. Many thanks to them ! Highly Recommended !!!!!!"

"Highly recommend not to use, wasted almost $2,000 for substandard workmanship Further to your response, I have only had one missed call from you, I'm done with the backwards and forwards to your premises to get the cushions fixed. You insisted the stitching was fine and maybe new foam would help which I went along with, I did not insist and at no time did I question the cost. You are now offering to fix the stitching which is all I wanted in the first place as they had not been made correctly to have so much puckering occurring, but as I said I am done with all the travel backwards and forwards and will leave it at that"
