"I was bitterly disappointed when within 150metres of our departure the driver went through a 'Stop' sign. The sign is clearly marked and most definitely installed for a good reason. The road, Mariners Drive, intersects with a walkway which is used by many walkers/joggers and young children who regularly cross here with little or no concern for motorised traffic. Singh, my driver, planted the foot on leaving my pick-up point and never made any attempt to slow the vehicle. I was terrified at what could happen. 13 Cabs won't be my first choice again. Taxi #T59390 Booking was made for pick-up at 4.30pm Thursday 17/08/2023. Driver was advised of my concern."
"Booked a cab for 3 passengers with 3 suitcases and 1 wheeler walker through the autonomous process 2 hrs prior to pick up. Rang again 10 mins past pick up time, recording said 'they had difficulty finding a driver'. We missed our flight. New flight had to be booked and paid for. No calls no nothing. What a useless service, not using this useless lot again."
"Scheduled a pick up for 4:30am, got a text saying the driver was arriving and then never did. Had to call to organise another one that also didn't show up. Had to get a lift with a random of the streets. Much happier to pay the kindness of a random then use 13cabs."
"Taxi was booked and later confirmed via phone service twice. 4.30am was set pick up time. No taxi, no communication that taxi would be late. Rang 3 times to have the system tell me a driver was still be located. Eventually given pick up to.e as 25mins past original booking time which would have made us miss our flight. Terrible service, do not use!"
"Pre booked a cab to catch a flight . Put a request to be on time as it was important I meet a flight time . No notification of delayed pick up . Driver arrived 25 mins late by which time I had driven my own car and had to park in long term parking then run with luggage to the airport. Now have extra expenses added to my holiday. This is the second time a cab has not arrived for an airport pick up. I will not be booking this company again."
