"Called and booked a taxi and was told one would be dispatched. 45 minutes later was still waiting and ended up missing my bus which resulted in a 5 hour drive. Tried calling multiple times only to get an automated message telling me they were still searching for a driver. Will never use again, I'll be switching to ride sharing services."
"Pathetic non-existent service. I booked a cab online three days in advance for an early morning trip to the airport. It never arrived. Two calls to the control center and I was told both times they were still trying to allocate a taxi for the job. If it wasn’t for a friend I would have missed my flight. I finally received a phone call 45 minutes after the cab was scheduled to arrive saying he was there to pick me up, by then I was at the airport. There were two other people at the hotel in the same predicament. Incapable of allocating a driver to a job in advance. You had one job and you couldn’t do it!"
"Booked cab day ahead, all good. Driver called to say he was on his way,all good. Called to say he was given wrong address, we waited. I called he answered saying he was taking another person to the airport and for us to find another cab."

"Was tired of waiting over an hour for another cab company so I rang Black & White. Got a LOVELY operator who organized a cab for me within 15 mins. My driver was like an old school cabbie, talkative, friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. He even went above and beyond going back, after dropping me home, for another lady who had also been waiting for quite a while. Her taxi drove in, took one look at her, and drove back out again because she was indigenous, but she had groceries, a child and her mum with her. Damien is hero material!"
