"I booked a taxi the night before I had to leave. The morning of I received a call from Steven to inform me that he my be two or three minutes late…. Not an issue thanks for letting me know. Ten minutes late I started to get concerned when I received a call from Steven informing me that he was in our driveway to which I responded that I was in my driveway, he was at the incorrect location and that was cleared up. Now my wife and I are 20 minutes late for our pickup and not overly impressed as I walk to get it to the taxi I was greeted with a sorry and a morning to which I did not answer as I was talk to my wife about putting our luggage in the taxi. As I was getting into the taxi Steven proceeded to drive off with me half way in informing me that he did not want me in the taxi, having to complete my entry into the taxi in a rushed manner so as not to get run over I hurt my wrist. Again Steven informing me he did not want me in his cab I informed him that it was bad luck and as he had driven off with me halfway in the cab I would be calling the police Steven the proceeded to talk both my wife and I to the ferry at apparently no charge Not impressed"
