"To get any sense from the information phone line which I'm sure is not in Australia is near on impossible. First I was told I was giving them the wrong address so they couldn't tell me anything, so I rang the sender and it was correct, rang back and was told motor had been at the depot to long but had not been informed of the delivery. So I hang up and try the third time, I got a lovely Asian lady with a sing song voice that was most helpful and informed me that my motor had just arrived in depot and to wait for a call. By this time I went for a drive to find said depot and as I'm walking in I get a call from the actual depot from a lovely young lady letting me know I can now pick up my motor. Why does Toll feel the need to complicate things by outsourcing the phones, why not do it in depot. Cheaper labour maybe. NOT IMPRESSED."
"Awful service!!!!! Was home all day with the front door wide open waiting for a package, and the driver didn’t even attempt to knock or beep his car horn to make the delivery. He just left a card in the mailbox with zero attempt to actually deliver the package. And seeing the other reviews on here it seems as though I’m not the only one with this problem. Toll needs to find a new driver asap because he’s clearly not actually doing his job!"
"I have never once heard the driver knock on my door for delivery of package despite being home most often then not on day of delivery. This makes me have to drive 20min. Out of my way because they seem to not go further then the mailbox at the front of the apartment area for the card. At least pick up is fast and efficient with staff and packages are cared for. but it's still quite annoying to have to drive so far for something I ordered to my door."
"Terrible service. I was home all day with my front door open waiting for the delivery, my gate squeaks so I hear everyone approach. They did not bother to come to my door and dropped a card off and took off. Still waiting for them now to find my package so I can drive 20 minutes to pick it up! I sent an email complaining and of course there's no response to that. Absolutely pitiful service - a pigeon could do better!"
"Awful service, driver didn't ring the bell, and left a card. Couldn't arrange a pick up on the website as mentioned on the card, since they had no record of the left card. Called customer service to find out what to do, the lady said will rearrange delivery for the next day, that didn't happen. Called again was told parcel can't be redelivered has to be picked up, asked where I should pick it up from and she says" I don't know"!!!, will SMS the details , still haven't received the SMS two days have passed. Status online says pick up location not available but I am supposed to pick it up in 7 days, I've got 4 days left , wonder if I would be able to pick up the parcel."
