Reviews of Glenoma Park
"What a lovely spot for families to go for a picnic, barbecue or just a swim in running creek water straight down from the range. The water can be a bit chilly in winter. There's even a good spot with a swing rope hanging out of the tree. A well maintained, clean place to go. Not really a wheelchair friendly spot but I'm sure you would still enjoy it staying on the paths."
"A beautiful park with tropical rainforest vistas! We were absolutely blown away by the views alongside the park and trail. The trail runs next to the creek and has amazing views of mountains and sugar cane fields. Haven’t seen this anywhere else yet."
"Loved this swim/picnic/play spot!! Incredible trees create an abundance of shade, gently flowing clean stream was perfect for baby or young children play, gently sloping path to pebbly sand perfect for stroller access. The Ulysses butterflies added a whole other layer of WOW!! Oh.... and parking was a breeze on both occasions we visited during school holidays!"
"Glenoma Parkrun, what a picturesque parkrun, as a parkrun tourist I would rate this parkrun a 9/10. Music going at the start. Running along a river, sugar cane and in a rainforest.. just perfect."
"Nice park, heaps of space for parking, BBQ, etc but toilets 40m away and close to road. Creek not deep enough to swim, perfect for toddlers!"
