"I had a lovely stay at Clifton Sands for 5 months. I really enjoyed the beach walks, proximity to Palm Cove and the comfy self contained unit. A big thank you to Linda for all your help during my stay and hope to see you again for another visit to Clifton!"
"Linda made us very welcome and the apartments are ideally situated north of the city but ideal for exploring the coastline and attractions. The apartment was clean and tidy and quite spacious . The WiFi was best downstairs and was not a problem . There was a supermarket about half a mile down the road and a restaurant right opposite the entrance. I suppose if I was to have a slight grumble then I would suggest that the couch probably needs replacing and another chair would be handy . Other than that I would highly recommend Clifton sands ."
"Comfortable place to stay with good air conditioning, bbqs, and restful sleep. Only complaints would be a bit of false advertising for our room: wifi was not accessible and there were no ocean views from our room, and the pool pictures were utilising some pretty creative angles to make the pool seem larger and more luxurious that it actually was. If the advertising was more honest, I would give the place 5 stars. I would still return however."
"Booked 2 rooms for a week over Christmas. We were mostly well taken care of. The rooms are in a great location between trinity beach and palm cove."
"I don't know what the 1 star guy had a problem with, but I'm currently staying here (2nd day in) and it's very good value for money, compared to most everything else around here. Separate bedroom, separate shower and toilet, large living/kitchen area, and large private deck. Your own private washer and dryer! You never get that at this price. I opted for the cheap room, which is fine, everything is a little old, but works fine and all is very clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. Well worth checking out. Yes, its not right on the beach, one row of houses behind, but you can still hear the waves."
