"Injured people beware! I suffered a life changing injury with solid video evidence and was accused of lying by 1 of shines barristers. He didn’t watch all of my evidence and was extremely rude to top it off. When I expressed concerns about said barrister I was made to believe I’m being very difficult because all barristers are the same. Then after getting through that fight, I do their job for them have my video evidence zoomed in and slowed down. It clearly shows I slip on my right leg. Now shine agrees I slipped, but it wasn’t my right leg it was my left. Then charged me to argue with me over it for nearly a year. I had to argue with my team to get them to argue with the defence. The Shine Solicitors I dealt with are very condescending with I’m a to cool for school attitude. They were also very rude to my wife on several occasions. Over promise, under deliver and over charge but only want cases don’t have to work for. It was nothing short of ridiculous while my family and I go through a life changing situation.
