"My wife and I shop here all the time and think that it is the best Woolworths store we have used, both here in Queensland and in NSW. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the shelves are always stocked with the things we need. A special thank you to a young man on the checkout called Lucas, who was particularly helpful. In summary this shop is highly recommended."

"Shopped Mt Sheridan today. Didnt know a 2 limit on tissues. Had 3. So came up on self serve call attendant. She said you can't have it. I replied asked lady filling aisle and she said no sign up so must not be a limit. She said there is a limit. I replied mayb a sign should be put up. Obviously too many people have said same thing because she was cranky . It's not my fault et etc. Silly I actually apologised to her and said I was not having a go at you was just saying a sign from management would help. She probably had a bad day but she certainly could have been nicer. So management put a sign up please."

"Does anyone else get pulled aside to prove your purchases? They don't check the items you have, just want you to show your receipt. It's humiliating and achieves nothing.4 times at Willie's, never at Coles. I hate the management there. I'm being profiled by my looks."

"Taryn on express checkout didn't greet us first, instead she looked at my trolley and said sorry this is a 12 or less item register which I happened to say yes i understand that. I was over by 5 items, some of them a double of the same product. She wasn't happy to serve me, Taryn gave me the subtotal, I paid and she had to state next time when you come through these checkouts are specifically for 12 items or less and to just keep that in mind next time using them. I never had this said to me before and it has never been an issue as i didn't think i was over but she made us feel unwelcome and we were getting in trouble for not counting our items making us feel intimidated as if she thought it's ok to tell us what the sign says. Taryn was eager to have the last say. I felt anxious and thought of just getting a refund but instead i replied I know what it says thank you. I didn't want to waist my energy, but instead write this review and share my experiences with other's."
