"If I could rate it -5 stars I would. Our garage door didn't have a handle, the big sign didn't light up at night and was missing 4 letters. The varanda had rotting wood which had made it so that the wood pillar just sat on the floor. We entered the apartment only to find that the shower had a panel In the roof missing. The shower had a huge crack/hole in it which (during the first few showers) had leaked plenty of disguisting black, dirt-like rubbish. I'll admit the beds were adequate however the sheeting that came with it was not so. Hardly providing enough warmth for a summers da. Yet along spring/winter. A good location near a shopping centre, perfect for us as we needed to buy a spactuluar and an ironing board because the hotel didn't provide these items. An overall horrible stay, highly wouldn't recommend. As otherwise commented, needs a huge revamp and people that care about the various faults throughout this place. Even though not a good place we still left it in a cleaner state than it was when we first arrived."

"Great location - clean and comfortable well priced accommodation. Easy to find, has a pool and a lockable garage for each apartment. Needs a little work. Close to some great eateries on the strand and Townsville Night markets are in walking distance."
