"Spoke to David for a quote over the phone , out of about 10 other mechanics I’ve called unfortunately David was the cockiest sounding guy who didn’t seem to have the time for good customer service and was only too happy to get me off the phone. He quoted $300 above the average cost that other mechanics have quoted for my vehicle service around Cairns. Just by the attitude on the phone I’m glad I’m not sending my car there. Perhaps work on that David. Customers keep you in business. Save the phone call folks, shop elsewhere."
