"The harbour is a beautiful place to leave from, booking office, toilets, visitors information available, regular local bus service, Premier and Greyhound Coach services drop up/pick up heading to Cairns - Townsville and Brisbane. Ferry carpark available short or long term. RECOMMEND!"

"The day trip to whitehaven beach was fantastic. The catamaran is new, two decks with AC plus the top deck with 360 degree views. The crew was very friendly and professional. Captain shared lots of insights about islands and the nature. The boat was kept the entire day clean and tidy. The lunch and afternoon snack was perfect including complementary tea and coffee. We spent over 2 hours on the whitehaven beach under a shad which the crew built up. We had opportunity to come anytime back to the boat. I highly recommend this service."
"Staff at ticket office had a busying morning when we went. Hard to get them to smile but they did. Terminal was packed but everyone was pleasant and working together. Getting on and off the ferry was good, trip was good, staff on the ferry great - full ferry. Getting off was good. Really nothing at all to complain about. OK one thing. Maggie ferry terminal has the toilets on the inside, so if you need to pee go during business hours"
