"There is always everything I am looking for and more. Staff were even super helpful on a item that needed to be exchanged. Thanks heaps."
"Lovely place. Aisles and aisles of choices for every product. So you have pencil colours from the ceiling to floor in every shade imaginable. Every range imaginable. Totally worth checking out!"
"In store assistance for photo developing very poor. Not everyone has the ability to operate self serve. When you ask for help, an assistant comes for 1 minute then leaves leaving you still with a problem and you have to then go looking for someone again."
"Really unimpressed with the front desk staff. Had a lovely lady on the floor look up a phone I wanted to buy and directed me to the front counter so the desk crew could find it for me. The girl that served me didn't smile once she was mumbling and just looked absolutely miserable infact the first time she seemed semi happy was when one of the other girls announced to her they were about to close. Honestly would probably avoid this store in future as I just felt like a massive inconvenience...even the have a good day was monotone with a grumpy face...being in customer service myself I couldn't imagine me or my staff acting like this and it being acceptable or allowed"
"JP Service from the old rude women- This is my personal experience about the JP service provided by the lady at the Office Works in Townsville. My family and I visited the store on the 27th of April at 11:30 am, and unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the lady providing the JP service. She was extremely rude and discriminatory towards us. When we arrived, she was providing a service to another person, and she had a lengthy chat with them, despite knowing that my whole family was waiting next. After the previous person left, we stood near her without sitting until she told us to do so, thinking that she still needed to complete any work related to the previous service. Finally, since there was no response from her, I sat with my wife and baby. She did not even look at us or greet us. I felt that she was dishonest to all other Justices of Peace and for this service. She refused to certify my baby's passport application and was very rude towards my daughter and me. She pointed out that the photo in the passport and the new photo is totally different, which is obvious as no one will look the same when they are 3 months old and 3 years old. In conclusion, I strongly believe that even though this is not a part of Office Works' usual work, allowing people like this lady to provide such a service is harming the business indirectly. I urge you to take action against her behaviour so that other customers do not have to face the same unpleasant experience as we did. I have received excellent service from the office workers, and this elderly woman represents the flip side of that service."
