"The service was trash. I patiently waited for a desperately long time. I was pained to hear that orders were running behind. 20 minutes for one small frozen drink? Insanity. I was in despair, however waited ever so patiently for my order. Again like stated before, I waited 20 minutes for a simple order a 2 month old could complete in 3 minutes. Never returning. I witnessed a young staff member throw out a meal after three seconds of stating the order number. Crazy."

"16 minute wait for a happy meal and a burger. Crew behind counter cleared my order off their screen straight away so there was no prompt for them to remember my order (is this common practice, or breach of operation protocol). I saw 6 people who ordered meals after me get served. From my knowledge cooking the chicken fresh is only about a 4-5 minute wait unless it's already in the UHC, maybe a generous 45 seconds to dress the burger. A happy meal maybe 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Why the Fk did it take so long? Are the team incompetent and more focused on sweeping and ignoring customers (a 15 year old kid couldn't get their attention). Management. Please reconsider the combination of team on the closing shifts, namely Sat 14/1, because they all seem bloody useless in this combination."
