Have bought from this store on a number of occasions and there has always been enough staff but no one can be bothered to approach or help. BCF across the road is far better, not as much product range but far superior in attentative service. Approach at your own risk."
"I have given 5 stars for the lovely well mannered boy who served me today as he gave great customer service and was very polite BUT I give 1 star for the two senior staff he had to call over twice to help him process a gift card transaction as he wasn’t sure how to do it … Coming from a customer service background myself it was very unprofessional from both staff members the way it was handled They both seemed very put out they had to come over to help and the second time I even had to call them as they hadn’t quite heard him asking for help . …. He apologised to me when I was leaving but it was clearly not his fault at all , all he needs is some good training and supportive leaders"
"Brand new shop, friendly staff. Nice environment. The shop looks great and has a good price too. Only downside is, they don't have all the items in store (slightly smaller store) compared to town Anaconda or BCF store"
