As a certified partner with Adbri Masonry, we carry a full range of their trusted products. Additionally, we stock products from FNQ Precast, ensuring that we have a diverse selection to cater to different construction needs.

When it comes to frames, we offer flexibility in customization. Our frames can be built to your engineer's specifications, or our in-office staff can engineer them using the Pryda software system. We prioritize efficiency by fabricating our wall frames in the factory, eliminating weather delays and keeping costs down.

For roof trusses, our team of estimators and detailers design and engineer them in-house using the Pryda software system. This ensures precision and reliability in every truss we produce. When it comes to delivery, we partner with Innisfail Carrying Company, providing you with a reliable and efficient service. Additionally, we offer the option of craning the trusses into place on-site for added convenience.

Dynamic Timbers was founded on 1st August 1994 by our current Proprietor, Nev Smith. Initially, we focused on selling structural timbers, plywood, and mouldings to the local building industry. Our business quickly grew, leading us to expand our shed space within the first year.

In 1997, we ventured into the manufacturing of roof trusses, requiring us to double our operational area. This growth eventually led us to relocate to our current Mundoo address in 2003, where we now operate two roof truss production lines and a prefabricated wall frame line on a total area of 9,540m2.

Due to our continued success and acceptance in the market, we opened a second store in Tolga on Isabella Street in 2009. Our market presence and reputation for supplying and manufacturing quality products further expanded in June 2020 with the opening of our third store in Hannam St, Cairns.

With a dedicated team of 18 staff, many of whom have been with us for years, we boast a combined total of well over 100 years of experience in the building and construction industry. As we venture into new areas such as masonry, we anticipate our staff to grow in the future, ensuring we continue to provide excellent service and expertise.

From our humble beginnings, we have become one of the largest timber yards and roof truss manufacturers in Far North Queensland. In fact, we are proud to be the only FNQ-based prefabricated timber wall frame plant. While our stores are located in Innisfail, Tolga, and Cairns, we serve the entire North Queensland market, from Ingham to Thursday Island and everywhere in between.
