"First off I am so glad this store is cashless, this shows management is doing there part to ensure the safety of their staff, which it has been for most of the year and the signs are displayed front and centre so you can't miss them at all and the signs have always been there. Great customer service as well! Always feel so welcomed coming into this store whether to buy products or get my hair done! The staff are full of knowledge and work amazing together the entire vibe of the store is incredible! Those that complain about a store being cashless clearly don't understand the dangers of carrying cash can be these days with constant thefts these days. Management is clearly doing their part to ensure a far more safer working environment here in Townsville. A huge thank you to Hairhouse Townsville for always being amazing."

"During my time at the hair salon, the hairdresser either cut my hair too short or js left it too long. She left it very patchy and uneven. Even mid cut she left me unattended to talk to another lady about her hair colour. The price of this service was $65. The only thing I got was an inch off. Will not be coming back"
