"So very disappointed. I'm never going back there again. Before I went there I rang to ask how much for a trim. I was told $35 but I was charged $38 as the hairdresser said my hair was long. The hairdresser cut my hair shorter than I asked her to. I told her to cut it up to my shoulder, I even showed her how much to cut it by, but it's now above my shoulder and I'm not able to put it in a bun nor put it in a pony tail. She kept pulling the front of my hair while it was wet which of course made it seem like it was up to my shoulder. It was just a simple trim. If I could give a negative star I would."
