"Have had many teeth fixed prior this coming to 1300 smiles. Overpriced and not very good. I was told it would cost $400 on the phone. Then when it was done I had to pay closer to $700. 6 months later I received a message to say a booking had been made for me. And when I called about it and asked why they said it was a check and clean and once again didnt’ t tell me the price would be another $300-$400. Scam. Would not go back or recommend to anyone"
"I had a wonderful treatment of my tooth yesterday (8 April) from 1800 Smiles on Flinders street. De Farnaz Eshraghi was terrific: attentive, calm, caring and skilled which made the treatment pain free. Dr Farnaz dental assistant was equally caring as the eu both observed my anxiousness before the dental treatment and helped me overcome it. The reception staff member was wonderful too, very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice and Sr Farmaz to anybody, especially if you feel anxious and apprehensive about dwntal procedures."
