"Bought a faulty adapter of eBay. Should have thought of this place before hand. The guys were helpful and definitely thought the faulty adapter was amusing. Thanks guys for helping me get a working product."
"I love everything electronics, always have always will. Componts available to repair your dead appliances if you have the skills. Everyone working there know their stuff, and never lead me astray once. The only thing they do need in the store, is a small cafe area to drop the wife into so you can spend more time pondering and less time "Yes dear, soon" replying."
"Ash- you are a legend! Thanks for helping my boyfriend figure out his dual battery mystery. We will be camping with cold beers thanks to your patience, knowledge and help!"
"Thank you Ash for your amazing service and knowledge. You are such a credit to Jaycar. Ended up walking out with 5 more things than I went in for, but all things I have been looking for, just needed the solid information on them that you gave."
"Poor communication And experience. Paid for a resin 3D printer and a heap of accessories (around $2300 all up) on a Friday, when told that the printer would be available on the Monday. I called Monday and was told that no delivery was made. Got told that I would be called when it arrived. I called Tuesday still no delivery and I would be called when it arrived. Thursday I went into store and was told there had been an error with ordering and it was not coming. Asked if I wanted the floor model. Reluctantly I agreed as the it could be weeks for new stock from the supplier. Took the printer home, missing the power supply and had a crack on the corner of the lid. Took back and now have to wait another week for a store transfer. I wanted to buy the 3D printer to try and reduce my stress levels and get my mind off work…. Talk I’ve received is more stress to add onto me. Thank you."
