"Horrid company would not recommend to a single soul. Never ever deal with them."
"Do not take your repairable goods here if you can avoid it. Staff make you run around chasing warranty parts yourself. Have had a machine with them for over 2 months no communications and after being told to call the manufacturer for answers as Mazlin Electrical didn't know where my parts where. The manufacturer was confused why they have not repaired my machine and said it is not procedure for me to contact them. This responsibility is upon the registered repair business. Very unprofessional and you won't get your products fixed for months. AVOIDE THIS BUSINESS!"
"Our main split system had stopped working and we were confident that the entire unit would need to be replaced. We even tried to get quotes from other businesses but they didn't even call us back. A call to mazlin ended up with someone on site the next afternoon who repaired the unit, saving us thousands and making the current heat liveable once again! Thank you mazlin, we will be back!!"
"I had a broken airconditioner unit. I contacted 3 electricians. 2 out of 3 said that it was irrepairable and I needed to buy a completely new unit for $1,700. Not only that but there was a 3 week waiting time to get things installed. However, Mazlin electrician Dean was able to come out within 3 days, he was able to repair the unit on site and saved us a heap of $. Kelly in the office was very helpful answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Mazlin Electrical as my first choice for getting electrical repairs done. After this experience, I have now changed my first preference to Mazlin!"
