"0/10. This company did insurance work on my car and was unable to get a single thing done right. They have caused NEW damage to my car as well as made a mess of the paint job they performed. (Pain drips, dirt embedded under the paint etc) Additionally, they returned the car with a disconnected headlight after removing the bumper to do other work. This car was returned to me in an unworthy condition."
"Our family car was damaged by a hit and run and we'd struggled for months to get the selected repairer to fix the air conditioning. Eventually they passed the car to FSR Springwood and everything changed. We had prompt customer service updates, options for repair times that were suitable and while the issue was missed by the insurer originally, FSR were able to diagnose it and worked tirelessly to get it fixed. Given my wife and I had just had a baby and there was a bit of stress happening in our lives, the service from the team at FSR Springwood was wonderful!"
