"I rang 4 times in the span of 3 minutes as the first three times I was greeted by Alesha who would hang up on me as soon as I started speaking. I wasn't sure if the phone was disconnecting, however I realised on the 3rd phone call she was hanging up on me. Thankfully I phoned back a 4th time and spoke to another lady who was very helpful and assisted with my enquiry."

I appreciated her patience with my 8-year-old son with autism who has been crazy over fancy shoes lately.. She helped him pick out a lovely pair of white runners which he adores and cannot stop talking about. Very kind staff and I will be a returning customer with my little boy."
"Received disgusting service from a young male staff member today. My sister asked for help in regards to shoe sizing only to be told “bigger girls do have wider feet” by the staff member. The manager was extremely apologetic, however comments like that should never be made to customers. Clearly the staff need to be trained better in regards to customer service. Especially if they want to keep the Townsville store open, never looks busy. Customer service reflects that."
