Reviews of Animal Eye Services
"Our 7 month old pup (Lucy) had a ruptured eye ulcer, we had to rush her Animal Eye Services for emergency surgery. They fit Lucy in as an urgency and provided the best services imaginable. From the receptionists and nurses to Dr James, everybody was extremely caring and professional not only to Lucy but towards us also. Not only did Dr James save her eye, he did an exceptional job on performing an eye graph. It has been a little over 2 weeks and we are so surprised and extremely happy with the healing process. Honestly 100% recommend Animal Eye Services."
"Our Dog Zazu was diagnosed with Diabetes this year, and within 3 weeks she started going blind. Within 2 weeks she couldn't see at all, her energy levels dropped, and it seemed like she became very depressed. It was heartbreaking and extremely challenging for her and for us. We took her to Animal Eye Services, and Dr James was really good with her. They examined her and we booked in her surgery for the following week which was a great success. I think all up, the surgery was just over $7,000 for both eyes to have the cataracts removed and lenses placed, and it cost us $1,600 with cardiology to make sure her heart would be okay under anaesthesia. Yes it's a lot of money, but it was worth every bit. If someone had said they would do it cheaper for $500 or $2,000 I can 100% guarantee you I would still go with Dr James at Animal Eye Services. When it comes to dealing with the eyes or a surgery this important, we wanted the best, to give our dog Zazu the best chance possible. We're extremely happy that we were able to over come this challenging time, and can't thank Dr James and his team enough for helping us through it all. If you get this surgery for your dog, make sure you follow the eye drops routine morning lunch and dinner to give your dog the best chance possible. Our dog Zazu is full of life again, she's back to her usual self. Thank you Dr James, and everyone at Animal Eye Services."
"If your furry companion has an eye condition don't waste your time anywhere else. My little buddy suffered recurring corneal ulcers after a nasty virus at birth left him with a weak and scarred eye. After being rejected by 3 other specialists, James and the team here were a godsend. No mucking around, clearly explained the situation and options, no hidden costs, quick to act. Lucifer's eye is healing well and we are looking forward to not visiting the vet again anytime soon. Thank you James, legend."
"Genuinely appreciated the professional approach and genuine concern for our Digby. Fortunately, Digby's procedure was a success, and we will definitely return to Dr. Kaila for future check-ups to monitor his ongoing condition."
