"Orderd a large ripper box and a 5 doller sub box fresh chips and extra seasoning for both we payed and got to the window to collect our order but no one was there we waited for around 20min before i knocked on the window when the lady came to yhe window i asked her whats happening with our food she said "yea sorry bout that where still waiting on the tenders" i then replied saying well you should have yold us there would be a wait she then asked if we would like roast chiken on the ripper roll instead mum said that will be fine we then waited about another 10 min for the lady to come back with our food. while eating it the chips where cold the roast chiken on my ripper roll was cold and the 1 tender we got was cold too the chips didnt have the extra seasoning the only thing that was hot was the gravy it was like while waiting all that time our food was served up for the most part but left sitting there to get cold. My mum and i are not happy with our meal or the lady that served us poor quality foor and even poorer customer service we wont be coming back youve lost a customer."

"Once again missing ordered and paid for items. Should have learnt the first two times. last time called the store and the manager was rude and called me and me a liar. Third time lucky tried through uber eats, same result. Missing paid for items. Do not waist you Time here go to underwood 2 minutes up the road and you get what you pay for. How are Springwood still operating, bad customer service and unable to supply a simply order correctly. Absolutely amazing."

"I haven't been to Red Rooster in ages because long ago the menu option was quite poor and the quality was meh. I gave it another shot because I've recently watched a YouTube video that they had fried chicken. I ordered online my order came out 10mins when you hit the start preparing the order. My meal was piping hot when I received it. I ordered few more little things to try along with the classic roast. They have definitely up the game on the menu and fried chicken. To my surprise the fried chicken was pretty good. I got the original one. It was crunchy, not as greasy like kfc and juicy. The snack sub and the pineapple fritter also wasn't bad. A let down for me was the crunchy potatoes in the classic roast. It was too salty to my taste like I was eating a bag of salt in my mouth. Overall I thought it was pretty good. Even a small eater myself there are more options and can't wait for Brisbane to get honey fried chicken."

"Restaurant floors were dirty & sticky. Couldn't sit in restaurant to eat as all the tables were dirty. When reported to staff, informed "will let the boss know". Food was average. 26/4/23 1.50pm."
