"Quite literally a waste of time. The appointment was rescheduled last minute - all good. I understood things happen out of their control. However my case was quite time crucial. Anyway, you know that feeling you get when something just isn't quite right? Always trust it. The person they rebooked me with (different to who I initially paid for) made me feel like they do not have a impartial view on the cases. I was constantly asked a question over and over, which was quite agitating considering I had already answered it, yet it kept getting asked again and again Asif they were not believing my answer. I had so much proof with me, but it clearly did not matter. I had seen other lawyers previously and before I made a decision I was also recommended by a friend to try here. I will never use them. Instead of a impartial lawyer, I got quite the arbitrary. They did however sit with me for awhile - I mean, they never indicated the time that would be spent, nor told me a time frame, it was longer than an hour, she said to her colleague "What time is it? Have we been here that long" like it was such a inconvenience, no one was keeping you. To be honest, if they were impartial like they should be, perhaps it wouldn't have gone on for so long. I would not recommend nor advise. After all that, they quoted me "at least 23k". For a simple DV defense. Others have quoted 10-15k and given me a better feeling. There is already a gender bias in DV cases, I didn't think I would find it here. I cannot recommend."
