"WOW! thoroughly deserved 5 star review. We had extensive delays with our build. National tiles were very understanding and changed our delivery date on multiple occasions. Customer service was outstanding. The day arrived for delivery and the driver was very helpful, loading the 3 pallets of 750 x 750 tiles so we had space to work around them, very thoughtful. Our tiler is almost finished the main floor area and they look awesome! Many Thanks to all at National tiles"

"Thank you to the wonderful team at national tiles Springwood! I ordered tiles at another store to be collected at Springwood, when I arrived they informed me they didn’t actually have this particular tile in stock !! The manager quickly made a few calls and within 15 minutes she had spoken to the distribution centre and arranged for tiles to be taken off another order which wasn’t to be collected for a few weeks so my tiles could be laid a few days later, what was a stressful moment was made so much less stressful - I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I couldn’t have my tiles- they look gorgeous!! Thanks again team !!"
