"Feeling a little bit unsatisfied because my son had a big cry every morning when I dropped off.Even when I picked him up he sometimes cried too.I couldn't not see too many toys a little new,no colourful books maybe just few.And I only can see the paper schedule said my son rest in a whole day. This is my very concern of his health and couldn't not see his daily pictures.Jusy feel the day care fee not worth all the facility."
"The staff at this centre go above and beyond to look after our son. The love that they have for the kids is second to none. my son has moved up a class this year and so far its been a really good experience all the teachers are lovley :) very hands on with all learning groups and activities."
"We placed our daughter in this centre for over 2 years now and never had a complaint. The educators cared about the kids, facilities were clean and up to date, upgrades happened to the equipment all the time, and the centre had a variety of learning experiences and animals to guide learning. My daughter was not one of the easy drop off cases so the educators helped her each morning with settling in and cuddles. However, this year in her new class, my child was hurt on a number of occasions in an unacceptable way. At first we had a plan that we agreed to and my little girl was moved away during learning time but when outside was placed back with this child and the staff were monitoring at ratio. I asked if more monitoring could occur to enhance the safety of others within the yard and was told that they were at ratio so it was not doable. I felt it would have been negligent to continue sending her when I knew these occurrences would continue. It was sad to leave as my daughter had developed beautiful friendships and was settling into her new room. She only had this year to go before school and with all the changes it was already challenging enough. ** This review displays the positive and negative things my family have experienced in this centre. It is a reflection of our experience as a whole whereby good and bad happened. I removed my daughter due to the response I received about handling this particular issue, knowing that my daughter may get hurt again which was something I could not let happen as I would remove myself if faced with an unsafe situation. She is only 4 and does not fully understand why I did what I have done. I hope in time she will see the reasons behind my actions but until then we will face the change together."
"A truly magical place where children are given everything they need to be happy, successful and thrive amongst their peers. The educators are dedicated, nurturing and passionate about the children in their care like they are their own. My daughter has been here since she was 18 months and now she is in Prep, still going there for before and after school care.. I had other options but chose to keep her there because she loves them all dearly and is always so happy at Little Bunyas. Thank you for the amazing work you do day in and out ☺️"
"My child used to hug every single teacher before leaving and would be happy to talk about their day for hours on end, but in the last few months I have only heard stories of who picked on my child, sometimes what they drew and they are generally unhappy. I am no longer updated on anything and barely recieve the things I supposedly should have, despite checking pockets, so it seems my child has yet again fallen through the cracks and has been left feeling inadequate despite my talking to them extensively when I enrolled my child. I no longer engage in conversation with educators as it is clear they no longer want to, as opposed to the year following my child's start date. My child still likes to go because they need routine, but they aren't excited anymore - more often than not, they ask to stay home. I personally have noticed a change in attitude from some staff, which is not what I expect when I recieve a forced good morning, nothing said toward my child while the next family to walk in behind me is greeted extremely enthusiastically by name. My most recent experience left my child not wanting me to leave them there. They hide under the counters and no longer engage staff, especially at reception. This is not my child and I am appalled at the fact that so much of this is happening at a facility where I should feel comfortable leaving my child/ren. Many of the staff who made the centre wonderful, have left. After enrolling my child a year and a half ago, or more, I am seriously considering taking her elsewhere and unfortunately will not be enrolling their younger sibling at Little Bunyas."
