Drove from Gold Cost to see Pool Robotics for a quote and they fixed my cleaner in 1/2 an hour for under $100. It is now working fine. Can’t recommend this company high enough. Great helpful, honest staff and reasonable prices. Will certainly go back."

"Pool Robotics provided me a service experience that is beyond any I have had in the past 20 years. If I said their service was exemplary I would be doing them a disservice (pun intended). I dropped my Dolphin cleaner into the service shop, received an apology due to a staff member being on lunch "It might be an hour or so" so I left it with them. Whilst returning to work I received a call to confirm the cleaner was on the table, the motor was dead, I approved the repair. The next morning, I received a call to confirm the cleaner was ready to go! Despite it being less than 24 hours since I dropped the cleaner in for repair I received a second apology for it "taking so long, we like to repair them while you wait." I'm blown away... I have told at least twenty people my story, most of whom don't even have a pool! Keep up the great work. Thanks!"
