"Visited SAS today to buy a quick-and-easy replacement transmission fill plug. This was half an hour before they were due to close. In conversation, I mentioned that the original plug was rounded, so could they give me any advice to make it easier to remove. Without any prompting, and to my surprise, the car was invited onto the hoist and the suspect plug was removed and replaced. The gent that completed the task was seemingly very knowledgeable and gave me tips and advice, for my car, that will be handy for future reference. Best of all, I was charged very little for their efforts, even though my unexpected arrival had taken them to closing time. I was genuinely impressed with this business and their impeccable customer service. It made life much easier for me and cost next-to-nothing. I'm glad I visited and will definitely go there again, if/when my car experiences issues."
