"I found this business via Google and read after reading reviews, I decided to give it a try and booked Weekly Office Cleaning. Mandy and his team did an amazing job. They arrived on time, they were quick and thorough, and were very professional. The price was reasonable and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. No dramas and I would definitely recommend them if anyone needs a cleaning service. Highly Recommended"

"We booked Trushine Bond Cleaning to clean our rented townhouse as they were recommended by our property management. We paid an extra $100 specifically for pet hair removal as we have two cats. Not only did they fail to remove the pet hair (significant amounts could still be picked up with sticky tape) but they also wrote an email to the property managers that the cat hair could not be removed from the carpet and that the carpet smelt of cat urine which is not true as our cats have never peed on carpet. As a result of this we lost over half of our bond to replacing the carpet. We requested a refund for the cost of carpet cleaning and provided our details but have not received a reply or refund."
