"Waa there at my club last Sunday and ordered the Xmas in July meal with dessert. Wish now I had asked for my money back as it was a disaster. Meal came out with no roast meat just 4 slices of ham & a small amount of gravy (The vegetables & bread roll were fine) Asked if I could please have what was advertised (Staff were nice & apologetic) I was brought a plate with 1 slice of dried brown microwaved meat which I assume was beef and under it waa 3 more slices of ham with no more gravy. The staff member was apologetic again!! And said the kitchen must have had a communication issue. Asked for my dessert (twice) never got it. Felt the need to leave as an elderly lady & family needed a table. Left the club hungry. Many menu issues previously but this waa the last straw. Can I have my money back"
"It's OK, but better value elsewhere, food is over priced vs portion, such a small portion of meat (Barramundi) and costs $29, somewhat disappointed... The customer service and taste of food was good, found the environment comfortable."
"We have been going to Club Beenleigh each Wednesday for our date night 62 weeks straight . (Probably more ) . We have noticed the TAB/Sports bar turn into a coffee lounge and children ordering from the bar . Not that I have anything against kids . I thought there was a rule against this behaviour. We put our footy tips on and spend about 100 to 200 on the punt . But we can't even do that now . We have also noticed that the meals are over a hour wait now . Why bother to book a table upstairs when the whole club can order downstairs from the same menu . We look(ed) forward to our night . But unfortunately we won't be there again . The staff are awesome ,but I feel this is a management problem."
"Family roast night is good value! As is the two for one meals during the week. Steak and prawns special on Sundays are worth having, too. Sunday afternoon member draws are good fun too."
"I honestly can't complain. The dinners were fast, fresh & hot! Tasty & worth it on my mums birthday. Staff were more then helpful & busy. Thank you for such a lovely night with my kids and parents not often we get to enjoy a good meal out"
