"I've tried really hard to keep shopping here but it's gone to the dogs. No deli, no bakery, shelves always empty, no checkouts open ever. Meat fridge is filthy management don't care I've pointed it out to them numerous times. Such a shame for the surrounding shops in sure they are suffering"
"No manned checkouts open at 8pm tonight! So no choice but self service with a trolley full of items. It's not much fun trying not to squash items and balance them . Limited number of staff avaliable to help and lots of items wrongly priced. Poor staff were run off their feet! How about having enough staff to provide a good service Coles , and stop making everything self service so you don't need to employ staff!"
