"The food is always great but the staff need better training. Sometimes they try new things with food preparation that I've had to exchange for new items which is a waste of food and the drive through service needs work. Noone asked me to pay and instead just said thankyou and handed me my food. A less honest person would of driven away with $50+ worth of free food. Can't be good for business."

"Pretty disappointed tonight. Been before with no issues but, tonight, we stood around for 5min waiting to even be acknowledged, if busy even a won't be long or sorry about the wait would be acceptable. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant so assuming most orders were for food delivery drives to collect if they were that busy. After ordering there was still a huge wait for the order, again wouldn't complain if the order was correct and food was warm. My daughter got the stacked 'hot' chips and the chips where cold, her churros were missing. Yes we should have checked this before leaving but also feel like if we order and pay we should get what is on that receipt without being expected to check ourselves. Made what was supposed to be a rewarding night stressful. More staff should be put on Saturday nights or at least some kind of half decent customer service."

"Did not enjoy this experience. The service attendant was unhelpful. The attendant was a low talker and we could not hear him over the music. The food was nothing special. Guzman and Gomez are much better."

"Staff Polite and efficient. Food Quick and Flavour Filled. Amenities Clean and Easily accessible. . Rang the Grateful Bell on the Way out and received a cheer from the Staff and Thank's. Monday the 17th of July 2023 about 19:30pm. Amen and thanks Taco Bell Been Leigh Team, . Other 3 times have been much the same and the staff were different each time. Visits were Months apart!"
