"I don't know what's going on but it's just insane! I completely do not understand bad reviews here. Not only they accepted me early on Monday with my emergency tyre change while being completely booked as I've towed there from Jerrawangala on Sunday due to flat tyre incident but also changed everything on the same day. On top of that - they offered a quick wash and it feels like I was driving on the brand new car. Excellent service!"

"The staff are friendly and helpful but the experience wasn't good. I was booked for a recall at 9.15 am and my car wasn't looked at until 10.40 am and it was decided it didn't need any work on it after a 10 second look at it so an hour and 25 minute wait I drove home from a 45 kilometre round trip. I understand they might have been short staffed this day but surely a quick look as I arrived at booking time and I could have been on my way."

"I wish there's a 0 star review option. This place just put much over capacity engine oil into my AMG! Apparently the mechanic didn't even bother to clean all the old engine oil and just dumped in whatever required in the handbook! Avoid this place if you care about your pride of drive!"
