We are grateful for all offers of donations, but it's important to note that not all donations are created equal. Broken, dirty, or damaged goods actually cost us money to dispose of, meaning less money to support those who are doing it tough in our community. So please consider donating items that are in good condition and can be of use to others.

In addition to our Sorell location, we have several other Op Shops across the Hobart area, including Moonah Clothing, Moonah Furniture, Partridge Nest (CBD), Glenorchy, Sorting Warehouse, Kingston Beach, Huonville, Rosny Park, and Warrane. Each of these stores is operated by a dedicated team of volunteers who are the heart and soul of our Op Shops.

At City Mission Op Shops, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We offer all customers the ability to exchange their goods for an item of the same value should you need to return an item to us. Exchanges can be made at any store of purchase, but please remember to bring proof of purchase or the item with the original price tag attached. Refunds are offered in certain circumstances, such as if the purchase is faulty, the goods do not meet reasonable expectations, the item is an electrical item, or the item does not match the provided description.
