Welcome to Wolf and Woman Distillery Pty Ltd, a unique institution located at 6 Bellambi Lane in Bellambi, Australia. As a bar, establishment, liquor store, point of interest, and store all in one, we offer an unforgettable experience for gin enthusiasts and spirit lovers alike.

At Wolf and Woman Distillery, we invite you to discover and learn all things gin, and even become your own head distiller for the day. Our husband and wife duo, Mark and April, have created a boutique warehouse distillery and bar in the beautiful Northern suburbs of Wollongong, NSW. This brand new warehouse space has been transformed into a haven for gin and whisky enthusiasts, where we produce small batch whiskies, gins, and more.

Mark, our head distiller, and April have been mentored by experts in all aspects of distilling, honing their craft to create incredible spirits. While gin is our specialty, we also offer the finest whiskies, specialty spirits with recipes passed down for generations, as well as local beers and wines. Our two-story space is a haven for those seeking a unique and unforgettable drinking experience.

But the Wolf and Woman Distillery experience goes beyond just enjoying our spirits. We offer immersive tours that take you behind-the-scenes of our distillery and cellar door. You can even book an on-site tasting or, for the ultimate experience, distill your own bottle of gin in our gin school and take it home with you.

Allow us to introduce you to our copper family: Sharyon, our 1250L whisky still named after Mark's late mum, is the heart of our distillery. Burnsey, our 530L column still, is named after the maker Mark Burnsey. Bailey, our 30L pot still, is named after the maker Peter Bailey and holds a special place as our first still ever. Finally, Maria, our 3L pot still, is named after our late nonna, as it is where our journey with limoncello began.

Mark and April have been working on their dream for over a decade, and now, their vision has become a reality. Our gin is distilled on-site using custom-designed, Australian-made stills and infused with locally sourced Australian native ingredients. We take pride in supporting our local community and giving back to Australia.

Our goal was to create a welcoming family space where everyone can enjoy a drink, create special memories, or even host a special event. We are thrilled to open our doors and welcome you into our distillery family. We look forward to sharing a drink with you and creating lasting memories.
