"Lovely restaurant, friendly and welcoming host happily walked us first timer to the wonderful ethiopian food they presented. Had the combination plate made up by 4 dishes recommended by the host, all brilliantly delicious. Don't miss the coffee as well, it is a great wrap up for a wonderful meal."
"If you are a lover of authentic flavours and trying new cuisines, Arhibu is a must. The right balance of flavours, punch and spice that will delight the taste buds. The teff injera is divine - fluffy, lightweight and slightly tangy which becomes your substitute cutlery (but do not worry, there are forks/spoons available for those that prefer to use cutlery). There are plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten intolerant and omnivores alike. Recommend the share platter to try a bit of everything. They have 2 restaurants - the established one in Moorooka, and a brand new opening at the Saigon Plaza in Inala. A great way to share good food and stories with loved ones. Generous portions, cheap and affordable. The owner/chef is an absolute delight and you'll feel at home. Go out and support your local, family-run business."
"Had a great dining experience here. Had the mixed platter and enjoyed a range of dishes. Coffee was fantastic too!"
"So good! Thank you! Until I opened the doro wat. 2 extra small chicken legs, and an egg with sauce for $18....not happy. Would have normally got about that in a mixed plate previously. I will definitely be asking about the serving size next time. The flavour is great but can't justify this."
"A variety experience. Ethiopian food. The owner was kind enough to spend time with us to choose what to eat. She explained all the dishes, what to expect. We finally selected shared plate, so we get different dishes to share and taste. Taste was divine! Coffee at the last was highlight. We enjoyed every bit. All the very best."
