"Staff are lovely, friendly, efficient, like to ask about your day ect while still preparing your order, that's great customer service, pity the manager (Barb) didnt show the same courtesy, your staff make your business so be nice to them and appreciate them, not to hard, mmm and thankyou would be nice. ALSO, A manager shouldn't be talking about other staff member behind their back. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY , SPEAK TO YOUR STAFF MEMBER IN PRIVATE. Would it be possible for head office to speak to the girls who have given their notice lately to find out how they what's happening in that work place before they take it further."

"The young workers are lovely. But the older lady I’m assuming is the manager is rude and I don’t like the way she speaks to the young workers! I certainly wouldn’t work for her. She is very rude. Maybe a customer service course might help!"

"Manager needs manners! I was with a friend, she wanted a chicken, ham and cheese toastie with her coffee and donut meal. The nice girl that served us was really nice and said she could do that. We sat in their seating area next to the counter. The manager came out and asked my friend for $2, to cover the extra cost of the extra meat, fair enough, even though it was after the fact. Rather than properly training staff as a result, when the manager brought the meal out to my friend, she rudely said they would never being doing that again and quote, "you're ripping us off" in the most passive aggressive tone. And proceeded to make my friend feel like she had done something wrong. Poor management style, she clearly doesn't want to be there anymore and has lost any customer service skills. Poor form Donut King Eastlands. The problem starts at the top. She needs to go! The girl on the next table agreed she has had run ins with her before. Way to make a customer feel welcome!"

"The Donuts are excellent and great coffee too. Tired their mini donuts (don't know the exact name) they were so good. The shop is usually busy so you might have to wait a bit but once you're at the counter, you won't regret the time you spent in waiting. If you want to take something to your friend's place and can't decide, just take their pack of assorted donuts."

"I stood there for 10 minutes with my sister, while there were three girls working and none of them were serving us, just walking passed looking at us, they were fully aware we were waiting to be served and had decided on what we wanted. So we just walked away, they missed out on a pretty good sale. Not going back, Donut King in the mall has much BETTER and NICER service. Maybe training your staff on their customer service skills would be appropriate."
