Welcome to Ocean Grove Park, a community-funded park located at The Avenue, Ocean Grove, Australia. Our park is a beloved establishment and a point of interest for both locals and visitors alike.

At Ocean Grove Park, we prioritize creating a space that can be enjoyed by everyone in our community. Whether you're looking to take a leisurely stroll along our meandering walking paths, relax in the beautiful surrounds, or engage in some active play, we have something for everyone. Our park features a fantastic playground with slides, swings, a spinning top, a flying fox, and various fitness equipment such as a sit-up bench, parallel bars, and chin-up bars.

To ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of our park, we hold several fundraising events throughout the year. These events, both on and off the park, help generate funds for park maintenance and the purchase of new infrastructure. Our three main fundraising events are the Tranquility Fair and two Car Boot Sales, which bring the community together for a day of fun and support.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers within our community who contribute their time and effort to raise funds and assist with working bees on the park. We deeply appreciate their commitment, and we are always looking for more volunteers to join our community association. Consider becoming an active member of the Ocean Grove Park Association, where you can help with fundraising or participate in park working bees. Donations towards park improvements are also warmly welcomed.

Preserving and protecting our natural environment is of great importance to us. Ocean Grove Park spans across a 2.45-hectare property, which is maintained and managed by our Association and owned by the Trust for Nature. Our Association initially raised funds to assist the Trust for Nature in purchasing the park, saving it from urban development. The National Trust of Australia has recognized the entire park as being of "State Significance" due to its landscape and flora values. The park is home to the threatened Bellarine Peninsula Yellow Gum and provides habitat for approximately 45 species of native woodland birds.

One of our most anticipated events is the Tranquility Fair, which has been running at Ocean Grove Park for 20 years on the first Saturday of each new year. This annual fair offers a range of attractions, including live on-stage entertainment and diverse food stalls with over 25 options to satisfy a wide variety of tastes.
