I just can’t take it anymore. I’m literally so mad rn you have no idea. I hate this place. Disgusting, appalling, horrible and putrid. Never coming back ever again"
"Third visit and for the third time the chicken is incredibly greasy and oily. Is it the oven or the cook? The box was actually dripping oil from the bottom. I just don’t understand how it can be so different to other kfc’s and not crispy and tasty? Also got 4 large chips and there was a pinch of salt on each. Fix the chicken please and don’t be tight on the salt."
"Amazing customer service!! We ordered dinner and when it arrived it was missing a box of chips, and two of the chips were 3/4 full and dinner rolls were squished. I called and spoke to a gentleman named James and he immediately sent out new chips! When it arrived we received 4 boxes of chips and more dinner rolls! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!"
