Picked a bike, purchased it and he still took the time to do a full check on the bike before we left even though it was well after closing time on a Sunday arvo. "WORST BIKE SHOP IN THE ILLAWARRA DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Bike was taken there for the same issue 4 times and still kept failing. Customer service is terrible they are rude and arrogant and untrustworthy will never stepped foot in that shop again. The owner Issac Wilson couldn’t care less that his incompetence injured my son"
"Customer service at this place is very poor. It's as if they're the only bike place within 200kms. It smells of arrogance to a certain degree. Show a lot more compassion and understanding towards your customers. As one who has been in the industry for 25 years, I know how customers SHOULD be treated: with respect and empathy."
