Welcome to Big Fat Smile, an institution located at 276 Keira Street, Wollongong, Australia. As a not-for-profit organization, our goal is to enrich the lives and minds of children and families in the Illawarra, Sydney, and the South Coast communities.

We understand that choosing the perfect preschool for your little ones is a significant decision. That's why we have created this webpage to provide you with all the information you need to start your child's education and care journey.

At Big Fat Smile, we pride ourselves on offering the coolest school holiday program around. Our Fun Club kids rave about the range of activities that leave them happy, inspired, and a little bit exhausted at the end of each day.

We are always on the lookout for individuals who share our vision and values to join our organization. Whether you're interested in becoming a trainee, director, or part of our head office team, inclusion agency, or more, we have opportunities for you.

Our focus is on delivering the best possible staffing ratios, highly qualified teachers, and center staff, as well as providing beautiful play environments that nurture children and facilitate their creative expression.

Enrollment for 2022 is now open, and we invite you to download our enrollment information pack by clicking on the link below. With 26 community preschools across NSW, we offer term care or long daycare for children aged 0-5 years.

If your child is enrolled in one of our community preschools, you may be eligible for the Australian Government's Child Care Subsidy. Please refer to page 21 of our Parent Handbook for more details.

In addition to our preschools, we also have 15 Fun Clubs that offer before and after school care, as well as school holiday care for children aged 5-12 years. Our Fun Clubs provide a fun and creative curriculum with activities such as drama, cooking, arts and crafts, photography, and dance.

Through our Include Me program, we deliver programs to families and educators to ensure children are given the best possible start in life. We also provide practical support, community events, information, and current research to help with the transition to big school or early childhood education and care.

We believe in the importance of outdoor play-based learning and offer outdoor areas in all our services. Additionally, our cooks and staff are dedicated to expanding your child's palate while providing them with the necessary nutrients for their growth and development.

Our educational framework sets the benchmark for best practices, ensuring pedagogical learning and teaching practices that promote learning in the early years.
