We understand the importance of accessible healthcare, which is why we have updated our consultation fees. For health care/pension card holders, the gap fee for all consultations, including mental health consultations, is approximately $20. For non-card holders, the gap fee is approximately $40. This fee covers the additional cost of medical equipment and supplies required for your care.

Certain procedures and services at our center may incur a gap fee of approximately $30 for health care/pension card holders and approximately $60 for non-card holders. We want to ensure that you receive the best possible care, and this fee helps us cover the necessary resources for these specific treatments.

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy. Late cancellations, failure to attend, or not answering your telephone appointment at the scheduled time may result in a fee at the discretion of the doctor.

For urgent medical issues, we have on-call doctors available on Saturdays from 8am and on Sundays from 10am. Book your appointment on the day to receive prompt care.

In addition to our regular services, we also utilize the National Home Doctor Service for patient care outside of our normal surgery hours. If you require medical assistance during these times, please contact our listed phone number.
