"My family and I were down for a holiday and the kids wanted a toy. We (mother, father, another adult, three kids, and a baby) walked in to the store with no other customers and we're followed by a staff from the moment we walked in to the moment we felt so uncomfortable we left. We had to show the pram before exiting although we had been followed for approx the full 15 minutes we were in the store, pretty sure with eyes on us the whole time we didn't steal anything... Absolutely disgusting and no excuse. Will never spend a cent at this store/location"
