"This is my first time writing complaints so far in my life. A “plumb" lady in the front counter makes me become a bad guy. I am a cafe owner and keep coming back for almost a year. I have experienced 3 times of the worst customer service from the same lady. It feels like owing her a PowerBall ticket every time when I met her. First time met her, I try to ask her to find some takeaway container for me and she asked me to wait. It sounds normal but I have been standing there for almost 20 mins, she was busy on her phone and talk to those customers who walked in after me. Then I chose to ask someone else who was really helpful and efficient. Second time I went to the shop, I was looking for coffee mugs and there were not enough yellow mugs on the shelf. So I went to the front counter asking for help. I realised that It was the same staff I met last time but I had no choice because there is no other staff available. again, I nicely ask her whether they still have any yellow mugs in their storage room. She Said "all the muds are there! Can't you see them? " I said I want yellow not other colours! Then She was very reluctant to find the mugs for me. The third time which is today. I went t there for more takeaway containers for my cafe shop. It was her again!!!! I told myself to calm down and gave her another chance. The issue happened as the first time. So I found another staff to help me and I tried to tell him my complaint. The other staff just ignored my complaint say nothing to my bad experience. So this is how Reward deal with customer complaint? Their slogan says offering the best and diverse quality service to their customers this is how it looks like??? I hope the management team can see my post and train your staff properly for other customers."

"I bought blender from here. When i pay, the worker gave bad service to us. I already saw box of blender. But it was not okay. Because i thought someone opened blender box. I was not good box. I told about this to worker. But she said short sentence to me. 2 times but i couldn't understand what she said. She didn't change this blender and then just sold it to me. And i felt she avoided me. It was bad service. Some worker is good. But the worker give bad feeling to me. Goods is good"
