Our Specialist GPs are highly qualified and trained to administer cosmetic injectables and perform various cosmetic treatments to help you look and feel your best.

At Beenleigh Medical Centre, we bulk bill for most eligible services. However, please note that patients with appointments will be prioritized. We understand that it's not always possible to make an appointment, and we make every effort to accommodate walk-ins when possible.

For certain services such as pap smears, health assessments, and skin checks, longer appointments may be required. These can be requested with our reception team or booked online. Test results are given only to the patient concerned, generally requiring an appointment with your doctor for follow-up.

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we offer Telehealth consultations, which can be booked online or by calling our practice. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and we adhere to the AMA code of Ethics in this regard.

If you need to transfer your medical records from a previous practice or doctor, please ask our reception team for a 'transfer of medical records' request. We also provide medical certificates following consultations, although they cannot be backdated.

For work cover patients, please notify your employer before your first consultation to obtain a claim number. You can then book a GP consultation online or by phoning our reception.

Specialists typically require a referral letter from a GP. If you need a referral, please make an appointment with one of our GPs who will guide you accordingly.

Our communications policy ensures that we receive and return telephone calls and electronic communication in a timely manner. Please note that we do not disclose personal information over email or use it for appointment bookings or cancellations.
