"They sell fake items and when questioned they block you on Facebook and lie in there reply below I paid for a legit hand signed piece and it was framed by this company. The ad stated becket authenticity but it does not have the becket hologram. When questioned they advised it’s underneath the item and not visible. When asked what they can do to help me, they advised nothing they can do. Avoid this company at all costs."

"If I could even go minus stars I would. Won a Facebook auction of a shaq o neil signed basketball, even paid insurance on the item. Got lost in transit, so called up wicked spoke to Jasmine to tell me that I would get a refund in 1 week mind you this all happened in September 2022, nothing came into my account so called up again after 2 weeks for her to tell me that she would do it this week, still nothing. I have emailed them and have had no response. Called up many times later for them to sometimes not even picking up the phone, and when asked to speak to manager all they say is he is not here he will call you but no one has even called me back. We are in February and still have not received my refund. Spoke today to a guy name Paul and all he had to say to me was your just going to have to wait on Friday for Jasmine to call you and when telling him let me speak to your boss, you bet it his response was his not in he will call you back. Let's see how long that will take."

"We bought a signed, framed guitar and weren’t happy with the product originally. I was slow to say anything (it was a gift that was wrapped up for a while) - & as this went well beyond the returns period, there was some backwards and forwards with the company; but in the end they found a very acceptable compromise for us and we are very happy. They really looked after us. The quality of the framing and presentation of the product is exceptionally good too."

I have been dealing with Wicked Memorabilia for a few years now & purchased around 20 items from them directly from their warehouse & especially Online Auctions since COVID-19. All items are provided with COAs: Beckett, JSA, PSA etc. A lot of items are from Private signings as well. Frames are well made on site & the final product is outstanding! Customer Service & communication of what stage your item is up to is 100%! Every item I have purchased an item they were delivered well within the advised time frame. I have a number of items that I would like to have customised framed by them in the future. I couldn’t be happier with my dealings with Wicked & highly recommend them."

"I have bought multiple pieces of memorabilia from wicked and was so happy. Until my last experience when I couldn’t deal with sonya and meet Paul the owner for the first time. He couldn’t even get off his chair to greet me. No customer service skills and didn’t feel welcome. Asked for prices on multiple different items. I left my contact number and email and still haven’t heard anything in over 6 weeks. So much for being a valued customer. I have bought approximately 20 different items and too receive this treatment is disappointing at best. I will never spend another dollar at this place. I have now found another business ( East Coast CM ) which are also local."
